Silicone Nose Dilator

Small reusable soft silicone inserts, worn inside the nostrils. Sold in pairs in transparent, orange, or one of each.

How to use them

1. Wash your hands and the dilator before first use and between uses.
2. Insert gently. It should sit comfortably. If it hurts, it is the wrong size or wrongly placed.
3. Wash with warm soapy water after each use, dry completely, and store in the case.

Do not share between people.

We make no medical claims for this product. It is not a treatment for snoring, sleep apnoea, congestion, or any other condition. Persistent snoring or unrefreshing sleep is worth discussing with a doctor rather than managing with an insert.

Do not use if you have a nasal injury, recent nasal surgery, or an infection. Remove it if it causes pain or bleeding.
