Himalayan Salt Body Scrub, 200g

A 200g salt-based body scrub using Himalayan pink salt as the exfoliating grit, suspended in oil so it spreads rather than scratches.

How to use it

1. Use on damp skin in the shower or bath, not dry skin.
2. Scoop a small amount and massage in circles, using light pressure. The salt does the work; pressing harder just irritates skin.
3. Concentrate on rough areas: heels, knees, elbows.
4. Rinse well and pat dry.

Once or twice a week is plenty for most people.

Good to know

A salt scrub is a physical exfoliant. It lifts dead surface skin, which is why skin feels smoother afterwards. It does not detoxify anything, and we will not tell you it does.

Not for the face. Salt crystals are sharper and more angular than sugar and are too abrasive for facial skin. Avoid broken skin, fresh shaving, sunburn, and eczema or psoriasis flares. The oil base makes tubs and shower floors slippery, so rinse the surface down afterwards.
